Micro Grants
Our Micro Grants Program provides funding to charities and community groups based in the Pacific Islands.
Grants of up to $1,000 AUD are available to organisations who have innovative ideas for responding and adapting to climate change.
What is a Micro Grant?
Micro Grants support community groups to fill small-scale funding gaps to achieve their climate projects, empowering communities to have a greater impact in the fight against climate change.
Get in touch if you’d like to support us in building a network of volunteers, communities, and businesses across Australia and Pacific Island countries to support community-led responses to climate change.
We accept grants in three broad categories
Nature Based Solutions
Such as reforestation, mangrove restoration, and sustainable agriculture practices that protect the natural environment and enhance climate resilience.
Community Engagement
Projects which mobilise communities to respond to climate change, including project which raise environmental awareness or involve community members in climate action.
Community Infrastructure
We support the community infrastructure projects which strengthen climate resilience, such as community energy projects or the installation of water tanks.
